A really rare burr oak Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson 1950s stool. The seat of the stool is full burr oak and is absolutely gorgeous with a well carved early signature mouse to the front. It is a wonderful dark oak colour, almost like dark chocolate. The condition is excellent, and it is structurally sound and is still suitable for everyday use. It's a calf stool and measures just over 36 cm high. The seat measures 30 cm x 22 cm (not including the mouse). A superb stool.
