A rare, vintage Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson pipe bowl, hand carved from oak with the signature mouse on the edge. It has been hand adzed to the exterior, and is a really beautiful colour. 
 
These little pipe bowls are the same size as the Mouseman nut bowls, but they are much rarer. As smoking pipes started to go out of fashion, Mouseman decided to start making these pipe bowls without the central tapping section and sold them as nut bowls. They are now hard to find, so are highly sought after when they do come to the market.
