A really lovely Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson oak money box carved in the form of a wedge of cheese. The signature mouse has his head poking out of a little porthole on one side, and his bottom sticks out on another side. It is a wonderful dark honey colour and it has been beautifully made with a good signature mouse. The base has been designed so that the saved money can be retrieved without damaging the box as seen in the pictures. 
 
The condition is very good, near perfect. It has just slight wear from age and use. There is one tiny nick to the porthole where the mouse's bottom has been carved, but I suspect that it has probably happened during carving. It's not really noticeable, but should be pointed out. A great, fun piece that can be used for saving your cash for your next Mouseman purchase!
